Iām MJ, the founder of Eras - a living framework for personal transformation rooted in embodiment, nervous system awareness, and the nonlinear nature of change.
At its core, my work is about this:
how do we stay alive while life is changing us?
Not through more doing or optimization - but through learning how to slow down, listen inwardly, and stay connected to ourselves as we evolve.
Eras emerged through my own experience of matrescence - often in the quiet, in-between moments of motherhood - and became the resource I once longed for.
Over time, it expanded beyond motherhood into something more universal: life transitions, identity shifts, endings, beginnings, and the ongoing process of becoming more yourself, not less.
Through lived experience, study, and refinement, I now guide others back to themselves - supporting a way of moving through life that is grounded, responsive, and deeply self-led.
