Why Eras Exists
Â
Because women do not need another place telling them who to become.
Â
They need a place to remember who they are.
I didn't create Eras because I thought women needed more information.
Â
I created it because I believe women are longing for something information alone cannot provide.
We know more than ever., we feel less supported than ever.
Â
We live in a time where every question has an answer, every struggle has a solution, and every season of life has a protocol (and not one, but many). However, so many women are quietly asking:Â
Â
Why do I still feel disconnected from myself?
Â
When becoming became another thing to accomplish.
Â
Somewhere along the way, healing became another project, motherhood became something to perfect, and rest became something we had to earn.
Â
Even slowing down became something we needed to do correctly.
Â
"We don't need more ways to fix ourselves; we need more spaces where we can meet ourselves."
Eras began with a question:
For years, I believed I could create the life I wanted through enough intention, discipline, and preparation...and in many ways, I did. Until I entered seasons that could not be optimized:
Motherhood
A transformation I couldn't simply intellectualize.
Identity shifts
Versions of myself I had to grieve before I could embody the new.
Moving through uncertainty
Learning that transition is not failure, it's actually intelligence.
Becoming
Discovering that the in-between is the whole point.
And then I realized...
The women around me weren't lacking knowledge; they were lacking spaces to integrate what they already knew.
Â
Eras was created as that space.
Â
Not education alone; not another course. A companion.
Pause
Regulation
Presence
Emotional Awareness

Neuroplasticity

Reflections from women moving through their own Eras
Â
“I didn’t realize how much I needed language for this season of my life until I read your words. You put words to something I had thought I had been carrying on my own.”
 woman moving through change
Â
“Motherhood changes us in ways we don’t always have words for. This gave me permission to see that transformation as something incredibly complex and profund, not something to rush through.”
-Â a mother finding herself in the becoming
Â
“For so long, survival was the only way I knew how to move through life; I didn’t even realize there was another way.”
- a woman learning to come home to herself
Â
“I hope my children grow older and feel the same about me - that they witnessed a woman who continued becoming.”
-Â a woman reimagining inheritance
Â
Â
“I have spent so much of my life trying to improve myself. This felt different. It felt like an invitation to come home to myself.”
- a woman releasing the need to be "fixed"
Â
“Thank you for giving language and permission to something so many women are experiencing but rarely talk about.”
- a woman who finally felt seen
The inheritance we leave is not only what we give; it is what they witness.
Â
A woman who lets herself evolve, a woman who changes, a woman who returns to herself, and a woman who stays alive while life is changing her.
If you are standing at the edge of something new...
Â
If you are becoming a mother, returning to yourself, moving through a life transition, or simply eeling the quiet pull toward something different.
You are welcome here.
Eras is a place to move through life's seasons with intention, embodiment, and support.
